I have used Moliform/Molicare products for about twenty years following cystecctomy induced incontinence. The most effective and highest rated product seems no longer to be available in the US but the Nr 8 rated product is serving reasonably well. The price however is unreasonably high, but I have tried many less expensive alternatives and concluded they do not come close to being effective. I am always running comparisons between different companies’ price quotes for the same product and often find substantial price differences as between various sellers.
