what is the difference between the L and the XL body sling? Is it the weight of the person? For Someone who weights 190 lbs. ehich would be better?

Thanks for asking! The Large (L) and Extra-Large (XL) Medline Reusable Full-Body Slings both support up to 450 lbs. The difference is the physical size:

Large: Best for average to larger frames.

Extra-Large: Designed for wider or much taller individuals.

Recommendation for 190 lbs
A Large (L) sling is the better choice.

At 190 lbs, the person is well under the weight limit. An XL sling will likely be too big, causing the material to bunch up or creating a dangerous, loose fit where the person could slip through.
