Does this company carry replacement filters and does insurance cover the cost

Hi Karla! While the manufacturer produces replacement filters for the Power Neb Ultra, we currently do not offer them for sale.

Insurance: Most plans, including Medicare Part B, cover nebulizers and accessories like filters as Durable Medical Equipment (DME). You will typically need a doctor's prescription and must purchase through an in-network provider.

Maintenance: Filters should be replaced every 6 months, or sooner if they appear gray or dirty.
