Cannula is awesome

Cannula is awesome, but not crazy about the “standard” connector. These cannulas have a smaller reservoir which makes it much easier to breathe. I’m very happy I found them here.

These are small, soft foam tubes that slide or wrap directly onto the section of the cannula tubing that rests on your ears, providing a protective buffer. Another option is fleece cannula covers, which are soft fabric sleeves that wrap around the tubing to prevent chafing and absorb moisture along the face and ears.

If those do not provide enough relief, you can try an oxygen cannula headband, which secures the tubing to a soft band around your head to lift the weight entirely off your ears. Many people also find that using a cannula slider or adjustment bead to snug the tubing under the chin—rather than behind the head—can shift the pressure points and increase comfort.
