I use them to protect my elbows when I bump them. They are just fine for that. The quality is fine for the price.

Your heel and elbow protectors arrived early. They are made of sock like material with cushion inside, which enable Mom to still move and bend her feet as she likes. Good product, and would recommend. Thank you
