The Body Sport® Balance Disc is like a fitness ball in its movement and shape when placed on any seat. This versatile inflatable disc can be used to activate major muscle groups or as a standing disc for balance and lower extremity strengthening. It features both a tactile and smooth side and can be easily inflated with a standard pump. Adjust the thickness from 1" to 2" for different levels of challenge. Measuring 13.8" (35 cm) in diameter, this disc is also latex-free for those with sensitivities.
